1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our digital SVG files. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date. We will do our best to resolve the issue, whether through troubleshooting, providing guidance, or making adjustments to the design. If we are unable to resolve the problem, we will issue a full refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

If you wish to request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to deborah@littlebirddigitalcrafts@gmail.com with your order details (order number, date of purchase, and the product you are requesting a refund for).
  2. Describe the Issue: Let us know why you’re requesting the refund so we can understand the issue and try to resolve it.
  3. Refund Processing: If we are unable to resolve the issue, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days after confirmation.

3. Issues with a File in a Bundle

If you experience an issue with one or more files in a bundle, we will take the following steps:

  1. File Replacement: We will first work with you to fix the problem with the specific file. This may involve troubleshooting, providing instructions, or replacing the file if there is a technical issue.
  2. Partial Refund: If we are unable to resolve the issue with the problematic file, we can offer a partial refund equivalent to the value of that individual file within the bundle, without affecting the rest of the bundle.
  3. Full Refund: In rare cases, if multiple files within the bundle are unusable and we cannot resolve the issues, we may offer a refund for the entire bundle at our discretion.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of Mind: As our products are digital files, we are unable to provide refunds if you simply change your mind after the purchase.
  • Accidental Purchases: Please double-check your order before completing the purchase. Refunds will not be issued for accidental purchases unless reported within 24 hours and before any downloads have been initiated.
  • Unauthorized Sharing or Reselling: Refunds will not be granted in cases where files have been shared, resold, or distributed in violation of our licensing terms.

6. Digital Product Nature

Due to the digital nature of our products, once a file has been downloaded, you are granted a license to use it. As a result, we are generally unable to offer refunds for downloaded files unless there is a valid issue with the file itself.
